Digital Project Management Course: Learn to Plan and Deliver Projects in 60–90 Hours at Paris Technoscience Institute (PTI)

Paris Technoscience Institute (PTI) offers…

PARIS, France — Missed deadlines often begin with an unclear brief, changing priorities or responsibilities that were never agreed. The Digital Project Management Professional Certificate at Paris Technoscience Institute (PTI) examines how to turn an initial request into an organised delivery process.

The digital project management course has an estimated workload of 60–90 hours and is delivered through Moodle. Learners study independently at their own pace, fitting the course around work, family or other education.

Practical planning for digital projects

The curriculum covers project definition, agile planning, budgets, risk management, stakeholder communication and delivery reporting. It focuses on the digital collaboration and project workflows relevant to technology teams in 2026. Students translate a brief into scope, deliverables, constraints and acceptance criteria, then plan priorities, resources and progress.

The final assessment requires a project brief, scope and planning documents, budget and risk documentation, agile evidence and a delivery report. These materials demonstrate how planning decisions connect with project outcomes.

Complete the assessment and share your certificate

After completing the learning and passing the assessment, students can claim their electronic certificate the same day. Add the certificate to a LinkedIn profile, alongside project evidence, to demonstrate practical skills and strengthen a CV or job application.

No previous qualification, specialist subject background or professional experience is required. The €90 one-time enrolment fee includes Moodle learning, assessment and the electronic certificate after passing.
